Direct Debit, Late Payment & Reconnection Fees

Customer Update

 

With effect from Friday, 10th January, 2025, we will be applying the following charges:

Bounced Direct Debit (DD)
A £5 charge will be applied for any Direct Debit payments that bounce.

Cancelled Direct Debit (DD)
A £15 charge will be applied for any Direct Debit payments that are cancelled by the account holder.

Late Payment
A £5 charge will be applied to any payments that are overdue from the specified payment date.

Reconnection Fee
A £5 charge will be applied to fibre broadband connections that need to be reconnected.
