We have made strategic changes to the layout of our main offices to better serve our customers and ensure their experience is as effortless as possible. By reorganising our workspace, we have created designated areas that facilitate quicker access to resources and support teams, allowing us to respond to enquiries and resolve issues more efficiently.

This new arrangement also promotes better collaboration among our staff, enabling us to provide more personalised assistance tailored to our customers' needs.

HomeNet is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new Smart Home Store in Jersey, conveniently located right across from the main HomeNet Store on Beresford Street. This innovative space is designed to offer Islanders a unique live experience, allowing them to see firsthand how our superfast fibre broadband service performs.

Visitors will have the opportunity to test the speeds and reliability of our connection in real-time, ensuring they can make informed decisions about their internet service. In addition to showcasing our high-speed broadband, the Smart Home Store will feature a selection of cutting-edge smart home products from TP-Link, one of the world’s leading technology brands.

Open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and from 10.00am to 2.30pm on Saturdays, the store is dedicated to providing personalised advice and support to help customers enhance their home connectivity and automation. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you explore the latest in smart home technology and superior internet services!
